Path one
Review a document

Bring your document.
Upload a Word file or PDF, or paste the text. olivia identifies the document type, the parties, and your side of the deal.

olivia reviews it against your playbook.
Each material clause is rated green, yellow, or red, with the reason and the standard it was measured against. Most reviews take one to five minutes, depending on length.

Work through the redline.
Suggested edits arrive as a new version with tracked changes. Accept them, counter them, add notes, or undo any single change.

Route it for approval.
The document goes to the right roles in order. Each approver sees the exact version and decides on it, and reminders keep things moving.

Keep the record.
Keep every version and the audit trail together. Signing on the approved version is coming soon.
Path two
Start a draft

Choose a template.
Start from one of twelve standard templates, from NDAs and teaming agreements to statements of work, task orders, amendments, and notice letters.

Answer a few questions.
Parties, opportunity, and key terms. Checks show where a term falls outside your standard.

Describe what's specific.
Tell olivia what you need, such as named key personnel, and olivia drafts it in as tracked changes.

Review, approve, and send.
The draft follows the same approval route as any other document.
