1. What olivia is designed to do

olivia is described on this website as an AI guide for reviewing business documents, comparing language with a team’s playbook, explaining clauses, and suggesting drafts or tracked edits. These descriptions are not a guarantee of accuracy, suitability, or feature availability for a particular engagement.

The website’s access-request form collects inquiries; it is not a document-upload or AI-review service. Do not paste contracts into the form to obtain a review.

2. AI is not legal counsel

olivia is not a lawyer. Its output is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. AI can invent facts, misread clauses, miss risks, or produce incorrect citations and recommendations. It may not reflect current law, the correct jurisdiction, or the full context of an agreement.

3. Human review is essential

Have a person with appropriate expertise check source text, assumptions, calculations, citations, suggested wording, and the complete agreement before relying on output. Involve qualified counsel for legal judgments. A clause rating, suggested edit, or completed workflow is not proof of legal compliance, enforceability, or approval by a lawyer.

People remain responsible for deciding whether to accept changes, approve documents, send communications, or enter into agreements. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for a decision affecting legal rights or obligations.

4. Data handling must be verified before use

The AI providers, models, processing locations, retention periods, access arrangements, and treatment of inputs and outputs have not been verified for this notice. No commitment is made here about encryption, confidentiality, deletion, or whether customer information is used to train or improve models.

Before submitting documents to any future service, obtain and review its applicable privacy notice, provider disclosures, and contractual data-protection terms. Confirm that you have authority to submit the information and that the service meets your obligations.

5. Sensitive and government-related information

Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled material, privileged communications, or other restricted information through this website. oliviesq serves individuals, businesses, and teams across industries, including government contractors. References to government contractors are not authorization to process government data or a claim of FedRAMP, CMMC, or other certification.

6. Questions and updates

For now, you can submit a question through the request access form. Identify it as a privacy, terms, or AI-use question in your note. Do not include identity documents, confidential contracts, or other sensitive information. A dedicated legal contact must be confirmed before these documents are finalized.

This notice must be reviewed as actual AI functionality and provider arrangements are confirmed. It does not replace the terms and disclosures that apply to a live service.
